This summery, modern day mojito adds an injection of fruitiness to a Cuban classic. Goes down particularly well after an impromptu rumba with a stranger – so we’ve been told.
On paper, this probably looks very much like a classic 70s cocktail: packed with just enough flavour goodness to mask the taste of alcohol. And you know what, that is pretty much what this is – and we’re not ashamed to admit it. That doesn’t mean, however, that we’re advocating bellbottoms, platform shoes or dressing like the Fonz.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the lime juice and rum in a glass.
2. Add a handful of mint leaves and ice and stir.
